ORDER
How do you place orders and buy from randstadltd.com ?
To order from randstadltd.com, select the product you want to buy from the catalogue and add it to your cart.
You can access your cart at any time in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
To confirm your order, either enter your e-mail address and password, or create an account. If creating an account, fill your basket and select "Checkout"
At checkout complete your Delivery details.
To validate your order, remember to tick the "Select this check box to accept the Terms and Conditions".
Once your order has been placed, we will contact you.
Can I cancel my purchase?
Yes, you have 14 calendar days to cancel the purchase of your products. Your cancellation must reach us by e-mail via the contact form . You will receive confirmation of your cancellation by return e-mail. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. The vendor undertakes to refund the price of the returned product within 30 days following acceptance of the returned goods. The amount of £10 for bank and administrative charges shall be deducted from the reimbursement.
What is the guarantee procedure?
All of our products have a one-year guarantee from the date of invoice issue. In case of a problem with goods that are still under guarantee, please contact our technical support and repair department at the following address: sales@randstadltd.co.uk.

Is payment secure?
We do not take payment online. Once your order is complete assuming you have a credit account with us, we will simply add the order on to your account. If you do not have a credit account a member of our team will be in touch to discuss payment options with you. We accept debit/credit cards & bank transfers.
Which payment methods are accepted?
The following payment cards are accepted: Visa, Master Card & bank transfer.
Do the prices include tax?
Our website prices are ex VAT.
Can you send me an invoice?
When your order has been received, an invoice will be generated and sent with your goods.

What are the delivery times?
- DHL Standard :
Assuming your goods are in stock:
- Deliveries to UK mainland usually arrive the following day
- Deliveries to other areas can vary and will be confirmed by your account manager.
If we do not have stock please allow 10-15 workings days.
What are your delivery methods?
Any order placed on the randstadltd.com website will be delivered by DHL.
Which countries can you deliver to?
UK & Ireland. Please contact us if you are anywhere else and we can discuss your options.
What happens if the recipient is out when the delivery arrives?
When DHL is handling the delivery, a calling card is left in your letterbox. The first time, a telephone number is provided for you to arrange a new delivery time.
